Returns & FAQs
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 30 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in "sellable condition." This means that the item(s) should be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, devoid of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells. All garments must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If a product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned where it was purchased.
We can provide shipping labels for a $5 flat fee. Your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly when you complete your return.
How long will my goodies take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Most of orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 2 business days. Express shipping will take 2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship free to everyone in the US! If you want to expedite your order (quicker than 3-5 business days), you can pay a little extra for 2-day or 1-day shipping. 2-day shipping is $6, 1-day shipping is $15.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally at this point.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. We will refund your product(s) for its full value - minus return shipping fee - to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience.
